Turning Prom Dreams into Reality
Every young woman deserves to feel extraordinary on prom night. Through Erica’s Belle of the Ball, ChiGivesBack selects one deserving high school student to receive the ultimate prom experience custom dress, professional hair and makeup, transportation, send off party, and more.
In honor of Erica Faye Watson, ChiGivesBack created this initiative to celebrate her legacy of confidence, beauty, and generosity. Through Erica’s Belle of the Ball, we’re proud to make magic happen for a young woman ready to shine.

The Legacy Continues
The Belle of the Ball experience lives on long after prom night. Held every other year, this special initiative continues to honor Erica Faye Watson’s legacy by uplifting a deserving young woman and reminding us all what transformation looks like.
Our 2023 Belle of the Ball, Miracle Scott Hale, sat down with us to share her story, reflect on her journey, and speak about what it means to feel truly celebrated through this unforgettable experience.
Because Every Young Woman Deserves Her Moment
Our sponsors turn dreams into reality. Through their generosity, ChiGivesBack is able to provide every detail that makes Erica’s Belle of the Ball unforgettable. Each contribution helps us give one deserving young woman a night she’ll never forget and the confidence to carry that feeling far beyond prom. Together, we’re not just celebrating milestones, we’re shaping brighter futures for Chicago’s youth.
