On August 11, 2026, the Office of Mayor Brandon Johnson presented ChiGivesBack with an official proclamation honoring our organization’s impact and contributions to the Chicago community.
On October 1, 2026, Governor JB Pritzker and Lieutenant Governor Juliana Stratton issued an official proclamation citing ChiGivesBack’s impact in Chicago communities and declaring November 21, 2026, Community Giving Day in Illinois.
